Drip Sports Apparel always strives to make sure each of their customers stands above the rest in their arena. Our goal is to provide the confidence to all athletics to perform their absolute best when they step between the lines. All apparel we make is custom designed and produced with your needs and expectations as the utmost priority. By signing electronically, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions for their transaction with Drip Sports, LLC.
Artwork Disclaimer
Drip Sports designs its' custom uniforms at the request of the customer. The customer accepts and confirms that they have the rights and/or permissions to use all designs, logos, artwork, phrases, and phrases provided to Drip Sports for use on a product sold to customer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that use of such items do not violate intellectual property rights of another entity or individual. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, or design patent rights.)

Customer agrees to defend and protect Drip Sports, LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, or costs resulting from or relating to customer's use of Drip Sports products and services, breach by customer of these Terms and Conditions, and customer's violation of any rights of a third party. Drip Sports has the right to select defense counsel and direct the defense or settlement of any such claim or suit.

Drip Sports, LLC has the right to refuse artwork, logos, phrases, or designs for any reason.
Design Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately reflect all colors and designs in our artwork mockups; however, the colors and artwork are intended for conceptual purposes only and may vary slightly on the final product. Colors and images can appear different on various devices and browsers which means the image you see may be slightly different than what was sent. While we do see minimal variation in color and design, we do not guarantee that what you see on the mockup will match the final product. Customer acknowledges the color is not guaranteed and there will be no refunds due to color or design size variation.
Order Change Requests
We understand that sometimes there are last minute changes to an order, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom uniforms. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order at any time, however, we are also diligent in getting your orders into production as soon as possible. While we make a concerted effort to make the change, we are not able to guarantee the change once production has begun. If you do need to request a change, please contact us immediately to let us know. Drip Sports, LLC is not responsible for any change requests that are made after invoice is paid.
Custom Order Add-ons
All custom uniform orders required a minimum order quantity of 10 units. Thereafter, additional items can be ordered with no minimum requirement. However, additional items are not subject to any package or sales rates that applied at the time of the original order. In addition, Drip Sports does not guarantee an exact color match to the initial order as it is scientifically impossible to guarantee an exact match in two different dye lots.
Shipping & Delivery
At Drip Sports, we specialize in the production of custom uniforms for sports teams. Our shipping methods are efficient, and we ensure that your custom uniforms are packaged securely to reach you in perfect condition. We aim to provide transparent information about the shipping costs and delivery timelines, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience from order placement to delivery. Shipping costs may vary based on order size and location. If you would prefer to pickup your order, you can select this option at check out. If you select "pickup" for delivery option and need it shipped, feel free to reach out and we can ship your order at the standard rate.
Return & Exchange Policies
Due to the custom nature and personalization of each order, Drip Sports does not offer or accept returns and no refunds are available once production has begun on an order. If a customer identifies a defect or inaccuracy in a product, they can submit an inquiry via email for review. If we, in our sole discretion, determine it to be an inaccuracy or production defect, we will work with the customer to provide a reasonable solution.
